Knights Inn - Lethbridge AB

Lack of cleanliness and the amount of flys in my room. The mattress caved into the middle of the bed. Made it impossible to sleep along edge of the bed

The hotel was very dated, the carpets had a stale cigarette smell and the linens were stained. The walls were very thin and every car going by on the street was very loud. The bathroom was not clean with mould under the sink and urine down the toilet bowl

Quiet, clean room. Not the Ritz but a very nice budget hotel.

The price this time was very good. Normally Lethbridge as a whole has outrageous prices for an overnight stay. I think this hurts tourism and the reason I don¿t go to Lethbridge often.

The location

Lots of ants in the room, staff arguing in front of guests

This hotel was a great price and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The beds should have proper mattress covers, especially a cover that prevents beg bugs. Also the beds were not comfy and the blankets were thin.

Location & breakfast

No elevator & key card was hard to use on door

Price

Room smelled like there had been fire previously. Smoky, but not cigarette smoke. There were blood spots on one of our towels. It was unwashed. Another towel had a black stain. Breakfast was ok. Staff were indifferent

Location

Hair on floor next to tub. Bed was very uncomfortable. Very old hotel..needs updated very badly. If I had known what hotel it was b4 booking I would Not have gone there. Not happy with this type of booking...I will clearly not book a hotel this way again.

Manager was super friendly and helpful.

First day, cleaning staff did not remove garbage from room. Second day, cleaning staff did not come to clean until 4:00pm. Free breakfast was terrible. Coffee undrinkable, waffles were frozen Eggos.

the price, location, clean

I think someone was living in the room next to us, there was a old white mustang that kept coming and going, with a bad muffler and parked outside the room, woke me up twice.

The room was vey good, staff friendly, included breakfast good and we'd stay again

Location in mid-Mayor Magrath Dr. in Lethbridge was convenient to everything.

Excruciatingly bad property; starting with a rock hard bed --[likely a recycled box spring, not really a mattress]; to the permanently-closed pool [covered in old, used mattresses]; to the extremely minimal, cheap continental 'breakfast', this was baaaad.

Noisy in wall air conditioner that rumbled. Stuffy room needing lots of tlc. Mold on ceiling of bathroom, leaky tun faucet that dripped all night, bugs in washroom and a fly in room, ripped towels that had thread coming off of it. Cleanliness?! dirty

Bed bugs

Friendly staff

Perfect

The front desk staff are excellent and super friendly. The hotel served every expectation and was a great stay. Will be staying again.

So affordable for a quick nights rest!

Location and price

The room was pretty old - could use updating

The night staff was very friendly and did a great job with customer service.

Location

Breakfast was terrible. Really old
